Digital Content & Licensing

Amadina offers premium digital content including recipes and blog articles for purchase.

• Personal Use License: Purchased content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• No Redistribution: You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute purchased content in any form.
• Access: Once purchased, content is accessible through your account indefinitely, as long as the service remains operational.
• Content Format: Digital content is delivered through the website and is not available for download unless explicitly stated.

Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Monobank Acquiring. Prices are displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment and agree to the displayed price.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once digital content has been delivered to your account. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on Amadina — including recipes, articles, photographs, and designs — is the intellectual property of Maria Amadina and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or download content
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Use purchased content for commercial purposes without written permission

Limitation of Liability
